Years Supply of Goody Good Stuff – Rules

The Year’s Supply of Goody Good Stuff Competition (the “Competition”) is operated by FTF Sweets Ltd (trading as Goody Good Stuff) of Brunel House, Heysham. LA3 2UZ, referred to in

These Rules as “we”, “us”, “our” or “Goody Good Stuff” according to the context.

By submitting your entry you agree to comply with these Rules.

If you do not comply with them, your entry may be disqualified from the Competition.

Who may enter the Competition?

1. To enter the Competition, you must live in the UK or Eire. If you are under 16, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian to enter the Competition.

2. When entering the Competition you must supply your name and address.

How to enter the Competition

3. To enter the Competition, you should just answer this simple question:

4. You are responsible for the cost of sending your entry to us.

5. Only one entry per person/household is permitted.

6. The closing date for entries is 1^st March 2012

7. We will not accept responsibility for any entries which we do not actually receive, or for

Any entries which are lost, delayed or become corrupted during electronic

Transmission. Even if you have proof that you have submitted an entry, this will not

Constitute proof of receipt by us.

Any entries received after the closing date of 1^st March 2012 will not be accepted.

Choosing the Winners

8. The Goody Good Stuff team will choose the winning entries for the Competition from all entries

Submitted.

10. All winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. The winners’ names and

The town or city in which they live can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to us, after the closing date, to the address set out above.

What you could win

11. There will be one first prize which will consist of 1 year’s supply of Goody Good Stuff Sweets which is equivalent to 64 bags of sweets.

12. Goody good Stuff is unable to advise entrants if they have not been successful or return entries.

13. All prizes must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or alternative prizes are

14. All prizes are non-transferable and any vouchers or tickets which may be awarded as
